What surface can I install the pool on?
Install the pool on a flat, level, stable and load-bearing surface that is free from stones, roots and sharp objects. Suitable surfaces may include prepared lawn, concrete or a properly constructed patio.
We recommend placing a protective groundsheet beneath the pool. Do not install it on sloping ground, loose soil or an unverified balcony or raised deck—the filled pool is extremely heavy.
Can I connect a filtration system?
Yes. Acorn Marine pools are designed to connect to a compatible external filtration system.

What is Drop-Stitch technology and why do we use it in Acorn Marine pools?
Acorn Marine pools use high-pressure Drop-Stitch construction. Thousands of internal polyester fibers connect layers of reinforced PVC, creating walls that become exceptionally firm and stable when inflated.
Unlike soft inflatable pools, they hold a solid, pool-like shape. Unlike metal-frame pools, there are no exposed rails, legs or metal parts that can rust.
How long does setup take?
The pool can normally be unfolded and inflated in about 30 minutes using the supplied electric pump. Most of that time is simply waiting while the pump does the work—there is no metal frame or collection of parts to assemble.
Filling the pool takes longer and depends on its size and your water pressure. For the best experience, set it up and begin filling it the day before you plan to swim.
How do I choose the right pool size?
Choose according to your available space, number of users and preferred water depth.
3 m diameter: A compact choice for smaller backyards, couples and young families.
4 m diameter: A balanced family size with more room to play and relax.
5 m diameter: Our most spacious option for larger families and social use.
Wall height is not the same as actual water depth because the waterline must remain below the top edge. If you are unsure, send us your backyard dimensions and expected number of users via WhatsApp, and our advisor will recommend a suitable size.

What happens if the pool is punctured or develops a leak?
